Roads can now become the highways of actionable and real-time information. And, ambitions are turning into outcomes for Citizens – who are not just customers but collaborators and stakeholders in their own right. Government departments and citizens do not have any walls in between – they are working together, towards common goals, with technology. The advent of smart cities and smart infrastructure has completely crumbled yesteryear impressions of garbage, utilities, records, administration and basic services.

Now, technology has provided that missing piece that helps officials to translate everything that they wanted to do, into action. The result – the city is always lit, clean, smooth, peaceful and ready for emergencies too.
